Michael Digiovanni is both the General Manager and Wine Director of Tabu Grill. Michael fell in love with wine and viticulture in his teens on visits to wine country. Having an affinity for the outdoors and a green thumb he started growing grapes ten years ago and making wine ever since. He has worked in fine dining restaurants all over the country, served James Beard Foundation Dinners, built award winning wine programs, and spent the last six years unearthing fine and rare wines and selling them all over the world as well as managing wine collections and consulting with restaurants. Upon his arrival at Tabu Grill he has enjoyed taking over the exceptional wine list and talking to guests about his love: food and wine.
